This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with our website (www.newsolutionsth.com) and our internal TikTok-connected application ("NS_Ekkachai"), in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

## 2. Data We Collect
**Website:** If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as your email address). Our website is built on Wix, which may use standard cookies and technical data (IP address, browser type) as described in Wix's own policies.
**TikTok-connected application:** The application accesses only TikTok accounts owned and managed by our company, after explicit authorization by the account owner via TikTok's official OAuth process. The data accessed is limited to:
- Basic profile information of our own accounts (display name, avatar, open ID)
- Video list data of our own accounts (video titles, descriptions, links, statistics)
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection
The application does **not** collect personal data of TikTok users other than our own company accounts, and does **not** collect data from viewers, followers, or customers.
## 3. Purpose of Processing
- Internal reporting and management of our company's own social media accounts
- Responding to inquiries and sending newsletter updates (website)
- Complying with legal obligations
## 4. Legal Basis
We process data based on: (a) consent — given through TikTok's authorization flow or newsletter subscription; (b) legitimate interest — managing our own brand accounts; and (c) legal obligation where applicable.
## 5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers strictly as needed to operate our systems: TikTok (platform provider), Wix (website hosting), and our own secured infrastructure. Data may be disclosed to government authorities only where required by law.
## 6. Storage, Security, and Retention
Access tokens and related data are stored on the Company's own secured infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel. Tokens are retained only while the connected account authorization remains active and are deleted when authorization is revoked or no longer needed.
## 7. Your Rights (PDPA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request portability of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. TikTok account authorization can be revoked directly in the TikTok app: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. To exercise any right, contact info@newsolutionsth.com. We will respond within 30 days.
## 8. Cross-Border Transfer
TikTok and Wix may process data on servers located outside Thailand under their own compliance frameworks. We do not otherwise transfer personal data abroad.
## 9. Children's Data
Our website and application are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
